Accomplishments include:
- 1994 - Mr. Erksen wrote and obtained passage of a sexual assault law governing attack and rape cases on the high seas.
- 2005 - Mr. Eriksen wrote and obtained passage of a law governing cruise line responsibility in the disbursement of alcoholic beverages.
- 2011 - Mr. Eriksen currently has a brief pending before the Supreme Court of the United States which states that cruise lines cannot be forced into Federal Court; maritime plaintiffs should have the chance to be tried in …..more?
