Mr. Eriksen limits his representation to no more than 25 current
clients at any given time.
Cases arising abroad usually involve complex legal issues
which require months and sometimes years of legal work to
resolve.
Mr. Eriksen accepts cases on a contingency fee basis only,
which means that neither the client nor the lawyer receives
money unless and until the case is successfully finished.
Mr. Eriksen has found that limiting his representation to
a few select cases, involving deaths or catastrophic injuries,
allows him to give each client and case much more of his personal
attention, so as to move cases to a more rapid conclusion.
