If we take a case, we, and not the client, finance the usually considerable costs of preparing the case.

No client reimburses these costs, nor pays us any fee, unless we obtain money compensation for that client. In that event, the client pays us an agreed upon percentage of the recovery as a fee; and also reimburses the actual litigation costs paid by us.

The fee percentages are regulated by the Florida Bar.
